Ginge Tours Emergency Services Pledge

For Ginge Tours Emergency Services pledge prices please contact Geoff via the “How can we help?” contact form, stating your Emergency Service / NHS position (serving or retired) and we will get back to you with your special price. Bookings made directly on the website are not eligible for the Pledge benefits.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to this pledge:

1. The cash back element of the pledge does not apply to any FLIGHT ONLY, HOTEL ONLY or other ‘single entity’ booking. It is not applied to any element where a ticket (eg for a sporting event) or an activity (eg a golf tee time) is part of the package being booked.
2. The total commission of any booking must be over £150 for the cash back element of the pledge to be applied.
3. The cash-back level will only be confirmed once Protected Trust Services administration and insurance costs have been deducted as these are essential consumer protection for the emergency worker. These charges will be clearly outlined to the person booking. Only once these figures are deducted (as they vary on a case-by-case basis) will the exact cash back level be known.
4. Prior to booking the client will be given an indication of the approximate value of the cashback.
5. The potential cash back amount cannot be deducted from the quoted price prior to travel. It only applies after travel has finished.
6. The cashback amount will be notified to the client & paid only after travel is completed.
7. The serving or retired member of staff must be able to provide evidence of their service. How this will be proven will be discussed with Ginge Tours at the time of booking. They must be part of the travelling party. 
8. If a price match against a competitor price is made by Ginge Tours the cash back offer will not apply.

10. Ginge Tours Ltd reserve the right to withdraw this pledge or amend the cash back level at any time apart from existing bookings made at the time of that change.
